Definitions: For the purposes of the Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

"University": the website http://www.RochvilleUniversity.org/ , its owners, management, authorized officers, parent company and subsidiary companies and corporations, henceforth "University".
"Affiliates": the website http://www.accredited-degrees-assistance.com/, its owners, management, authorized officers, parent company and subsidiary companies and corporations, henceforth "Affiliates".
"Associated Person": Any person, whether living or corporate, including the person named on the degree and the cardholder, who is involved in the procurement of the services of University and Affiliate either directly or indirectly.
Please read these terms of use ("Terms") carefully before using this website. Accessing, browsing or using this website is a privilege subject to the following Terms and indicates your agreement and acceptance of these Terms. By using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms:
You declare that the person named on the degree is a real, living person and has relevant life experience, work experience or formal study as per the University and Affiliate policies mentioned on the website. In cases where you are making a purchase for another party, you confirm that you have the written consent to do so of the person named on the degree and neither you nor any associated person is impersonating another person. All information and details provided by you are true.
You further declare that all documents obtained through University and Affiliate are for your personal use.
You agree that the University and Affiliate reserves the right to terminate any services, nullify or void any documents provided to you, or transaction with you at any time or for any reason, with or without notice should you violate these terms. Once terminated, you agree not to use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion and to return the award and all ancillary documentation to the institution.
You agree that in no event, shall any liability to the University and Affiliate as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving you and the University and Affiliate, exceed the clients tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise.
YOU agree that you have checked diligently with local legislation in the Jurisdiction of residence and the intended Jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the private internationally accredited degree conforms with local legislation.
YOU undertake to check diligently the local legislation of any future Jurisdiction in which you intend to use the award.
You agree that you are fully responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or degree programs at University and Affiliate, will meet any and all licensing, certification, and/or job requirements. That you are solely responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or degree programs offered at the University and Affiliate are acceptable where you intend to use it. Furthermore, you agree that your purchase will be considered as a testament to your lifetime of learning and for your own self satisfaction.
You declare that neither you nor any associated person is going to use any information, documents, or products obtained through University and Affiliate to commit a crime or deceive authorities.
You declare that neither you nor any associated person is a journalist or media professional acting in that capacity. Neither You nor any associated person is going to obtain an award or awards through the University and Affiliate to publish a news story or article of any sort in any media whatsoever, specifically including but not limited to printed matter, books, magazines, journals, newspapers, television, radio, multimedia, Internet, websites, Chat Rooms, Newsgroups, Forums, Usenet, telephone, mobile telephone, Wireless Access Protocol, FAX (facsimile transmissions) or emails.
You agree that in no event shall the University and Affiliate be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use, misuse, (or inability to use) or performance of this web site or services provided or offered by any means, even if the University and Affiliate has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree that if you are unsatisfied in any way with your degree/diploma, you may request a refund. Once we receive your refund request, we will ask you to trash the documents as well as any other materials received. You agree that after the refund your status as a graduate will be terminated from the University and/or its Affiliate and you will not use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion and trash all the documentation awarded to you by the University and/or its Affiliate. The refund will be provided according to the following schedule:
Full refund (less $75.00 processing fee) if request for refund is made within 7 days of the receipt of the Degree/Diploma Document Package
2/3rd refund (less $75.00 processing fee) if request for refund is made between 8 to 14 days of the receipt of Degree/Diploma Document Package
1/3rd refund (less $75.00 processing fee) if request for refund is made between 15 to 21 days of the receipt of Degree/Diploma Document Package
You agree that the documents will be delivered to you at the address specified by you while filling the order form. The delivery of the documents may take upto 15 business days from the date of the verification and processing of your credit card payment. For a limited time period the University and Affiliate has waived its shipment charges worth $40 for USA and $80 for international addresses. You further agree that in case an incorrect address is provided by you resulting in a return of shipment then the University and Affiliate will charge you the shipping costs before sending the documents to you on the correct address.
You agree that if any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
The Terms, and your relationship with University and Affiliate under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Seychelles. You and the University and Affiliate agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Seychelles to resolve any legal matter arising from the relationship. Notwithstanding this, you agree that the University and Affiliate shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
The University and Affiliate may make changes to the Terms of service from time to time. When these changes are made, University and Affiliate will make a new copy of the Terms available at http://www.accredited-degrees-assistance.com/tos.asp. You understand and agree that to be bound by those changes or modifications provided the changes or modifications are made with the intent of strengthening or clarifying the terms of service.
You further agree that by agreeing to these terms of service through electronic means, no written signature shall be required by either party.
